食記--台南梅鐸法式料理

台南有間有名的日本料理在成功路上,名叫「彩虹日本料理」,
                                                                               
而在它的隔壁開了一間「梅鐸法式料理」,
                                                                               
據說是同一位老闆。
                                                                                
                                                                               
梅鐸是以簡餐的形式經營。
                                                                               
空間算是寬敞。
                                                                               
或許連日來的大雨,影響了人們外出的興致,
                                                                               
我們今天去的時候裡面只有一桌客人,
                                                                               
裡面有三位服務生。
                                                                                
                                                                               
我弟點的是法式烤羊排,我媽點的是焗明蝦。
                                                                               
他們點的是同樣價位的簡餐,
                                                                               
內容有:
 
湯與沙拉,湯是南瓜濃湯,沙拉是綜合沙拉。
                                                                               
主菜與一小杯白飯放在磁盤上,
                                                                               
另外還有一杯簡單的飲料。
                                                                               
我只有吃到我弟的羊排,是大概7-8分熟的羊排,肉的熟度控制得很好,不會太硬
                                                                               
也不會太生。羊排上面淋有黑胡椒醬,整體的調味算是均勻。
                                                                                
                                                                               
而我跟我爸點的是類似價位的套餐,我的是烤豬膝,我爸的是烤雞排。
                                                                               
內容有:
                                                                               
自選濃湯:有青菜清湯與南瓜濃湯。
                                                                               
我選的是青菜清湯,簡單來說就是蕃茄底的羅宋湯。味道尚可。酸酸甜甜的,
                                                                               
不失原本羅宋湯的風味。
                                                                               
另外有沙拉。沙拉有桔醬與凱撒醬可以選,我選了桔醬。
                                                  
生菜搭配桔醬放在磁盤上。但是因為桔醬的口味較淡,顧及了藝術的美感,
                                                                                
但是吃到後面就僅剩生菜的味道,另外生菜有點老,不太好入口。
                                                                               
麵包的部分有一塊法式麵包與一塊沒有發酵的麵糰之類的東西。
                                                                               
搭有橄欖油與豬肉醬。一般的餐廳供應法式麵包僅提供橄欖油,橄欖油的清香
                                                                               
加上法式麵包的麥香就已經很好入口了。若在佐上豬肉醬則有更豐富的感受,
                                                                               
將麵包整體的感覺更提升一層。相較於法式麵包的硬,另外一塊麵糰口感較軟,
                                                                               
帶給食用者不一樣的感受。
                                                                                
                                                                               
至於主菜我自己的是烤豬膝,所謂豬膝形狀類似豬肋排,但是比較大根,
                                                                               
肉也比較多。猜想是肉豬大腿或是小腿的部位。
                                                                               
豬膝與一小杯咖哩調味過的飯,放在磁盤上送上。
                                                                               
豬膝用烤的,有點乾,但是也不會過於油膩,主要佐以黑胡椒醬。
 
豬膝如同豬肋上的口感,比較嫩,也比較有嚼勁。
                                                                               
但是缺點是沒有辦法文雅的使用刀叉進食,到後來總是得很不顧形象的以雙手將骨頭
                                                                               
上的肉屑啃食乾淨。
                                                                               
其實光吃肉會有點膩,這時候那一小杯的飯就發揮了作用。
                                                                               
舀起一小口的飯,可以讓嘴中的油膩感褪去許多。
                                                                                
                                                                               
我點的套餐還有自選的飲料與甜點。
                                                                               
飲料我選的是熱奶茶。但並不出色。是普通的立頓紅茶與三花奶精。
                                                                               
甜點是奶酪。上面還有一顆佐以奶油的覆盆子。並以桔醬做調味。
                                                                               
奶酪算是很入味,搭配桔醬有酸酸甜甜的感覺,使人不會覺得太乾或是太甜膩,
                                                                               
加上覆盆子的味道,這算是一道很成功的甜點。
  
 
其實台南的專營供餐的簡餐店比例並不多。大多是以三皇三家或是小歇這樣,
                                                                               
一部份供應茶飲料,一部份提供簡單餐點的形式為多。
                                                                               
至於法式料理就更少了。
                                                                               
於是特地介紹這間餐廳,若是有人來台南可以前去這間餐廳試試味道。

至於我跟我爸吃的,這樣的菜色在台北至少要350-450元左右,
                                                                               
但我爸的烤雞腿排只要250,我的豬膝只要300。
                                                                                
                                                                               
便宜到嚇人的地步,是我要介紹給大家的主要原因。
